Coached Tennis Match Play
Join RFL Simsbury for our *NEW* Coached Match Play!
Improve your strategy and tactics during match play with RFL Coaching. This program will be leveled and offered every other week with doubles as the emphasis, however, if players and courts match up, some singles will be incorporated.
At times, some of the match play will have "strategy or mental toughness rules," however, half of match play will be straight up match play practice with coaching. Individual tips will be quick with larger group strategy tips incorporated. A warm up drill is included prior to play.
Wednesdays (Every Other):- 9:00 to 10:30 AM - For levels 3.5+
- 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM - For levels 3.0/3.5
- 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM - For levels 4.0-4.5
