About Us
Simsbury Community Television (SCTV) is a non-profit, public, educational & governmental access station telecasting on Channels 5 (1084), 95 (1070) and 96 (1090) on the Comcast/Xfinity cable system in Simsbury & Frontier channels 6069, 6070, 6071 across the state. An alternative to other cable and broadcast stations, it offers non-commercial, ''homegrown'' programming produced for free by trained volunteers.
It provides: an opportunity to express your views; a channel that keeps you informed about your community; television training & career exploration; live coverage of school & government meetings; televised electronic calendar of local events.
