Before founding GrowthMinded, Courtney spent 15+ years at Hill Holliday, Tailwind, and BU's in-house agency working with national and international brands including Disney, the NFL, Bank of America, Cigna, JPMorgan Chase, Liberty Mutual, Macy's, American Cancer Society, Planet Fitness, and more.
She holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Endicott College & an MBA in Marketing from Boston University. Off the clock: She’s a competitive Irish Dancer, Peloton enthusiast, and proud Simsbury hockey mom.
